Beef & olive oil burritos

Ingredients :

  • 400 g ground beef
  • 4 wheat patties
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell bell pepper (red or yellow), finely diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 100 g canned corn
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt, pepper
  • Olio Sasa extra-virgin olive oil
  • (Option: grated cheese, salad, yoghurt sauce)

Preparation:

  1. In a frying pan, sauté the onion with a drizzle of olive oil.
  2.  Add the bell pepper, then the minced meat. Cook for a few minutes.
  3. Add the tomato, corn, spices, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Heat the patties for a few seconds.
  5. Top with the mixture, a little salad or cheese if you like, and roll up.

Serve hot, with a drizzle of olive oil to bring out the best 😋
