Mediterranean spreads with smoked ham and Flake salt

There's nothing like a tasty aperitif to indulge yourself! Discover this recipe for Pan con tomate, sublimated by smoked ham and a pinch of fleur de sel, for a gourmet experience full of freshness.

Ingredients

4 slices farmhouse bread
4 slices smoked ham
1 ripe tomato
1 clove garlic
A few basil leaves
olive oil
Flake salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the slices of bread on top and toast lightly for 5 minutes.
  2. Halve the tomato and garlic clove.
  3. Rub each slice of bread first with the garlic, then with the tomato to impregnate the crumb with its pulp and juice.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and add a pinch of fleur de sel.
  5. Finger-fry the smoked ham and spread over the toast.
  6. Finish with a few fresh basil leaves.
