Ingredients
4 slices farmhouse bread
4 slices smoked ham
1 ripe tomato
1 clove garlic
A few basil leaves
olive oil
Flake salt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the slices of bread on top and toast lightly for 5 minutes.
- Halve the tomato and garlic clove.
- Rub each slice of bread first with the garlic, then with the tomato to impregnate the crumb with its pulp and juice.
- Drizzle with olive oil and add a pinch of fleur de sel.
- Finger-fry the smoked ham and spread over the toast.
- Finish with a few fresh basil leaves.
